Domestic Restricted Product Policy

U.S. federal, state and local product restrictions

2AForce, operated by Apogee Inc ("Apogee", "we"), sells some products whose sale in the United States is limited by federal, state and/or local laws and regulations. Some of these products may be sold only to authorized buyers such as members of the U.S. military, law enforcement, correctional facility personnel, security guards, peace officers and other qualified persons.

We work to keep up with the laws and regulations that apply to the products we sell. These laws are complex and change over time, so any summary we provide is for general information only and is never legal advice. If you have a question about a specific law or regulation, please consult your own attorney. You, the customer, are responsible for confirming that a product is legal for you to purchase, own, possess, carry and use where you live and where you intend to use it.

Products regulated by U.S. federal, state and/or local law can include, among others, body armor, helmets, shields, entry tools, lasers, batons, insignia, restraints and handcuffs, gun accessories, knives (including automatic knives), pepper spray, stun guns and launchers. To buy a restricted product you may be asked for documentation, for example a purchase order on department or institution letterhead, official identification and/or certification forms. Apogee may request any documentation it considers necessary to comply with applicable law or for any other purpose, including information about the end user and end use of a product and signed compliance certifications.

  3. you do not intend to transfer the product in violation of U.S. federal, state or local law;

  8. where it applies, you understand and accept the return restrictions on certain regulated products.
