Refund policy

Returns 

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the return conditions. Certain products are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.  

To request a return, sign in to your account and select the order and item(s) you’d like to return. No need to contact us directly! You’ll receive an email confirming your request, followed by a decision once we’ve reviewed your request. 

Please wait for approval and follow the return instructions we send before shipping an item back. A return request or confirmation email does not by itself acknowledge the approval of the return.  

Return Conditions 

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories, manuals, and promotional items or free gifts. Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a restocking fee described below. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide return instructions.  

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we provide instructions on an approved return. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to a 2AForce error. 

Return Exceptions 

Unfortunately, 2AForce is unable to accept returns on the following:  

  • All items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase. 

  • Ammunition 

  • Reloading Components, e.g., primers, powder 

  • Less Lethal Products 

  • Body armor 

  • Installed goods, e.g., a riflescope mounted and/or assembled onto a firearm 

  • Oversized items, e.g., gun safes 

  • Hygienic products, e.g., mouth-blown game calls, personal protective equipment, respirators, and masks 

  • Underwear 

  • Hazardous items (as marked on our website) 

  • Safety products, e.g., avalanche safety gear, climbing gear, or helmets 

  • Food products, e.g., dehydrated foods, MREs, energy consumables, supplements, powders, etc. 

  • Binary Triggers 

  • Customized or personalized products 

  • Special order items, including promotional and corporate merchandise 

  • PPE, protection devices, health supplies, and cleaning supplies 

  • Laboratory items 

Cancellations 

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a cancellation directly through self-service tools in your account. Submit your request as soon as possible; orders are often prepared for shipment quickly, so cancellation isn’t guaranteed once processing has begun. We’ll confirm the cancellation by email.  

If an order has already shipped, please use the return process above.  

We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or discontinued, a price or product listing is incorrect, we cannot verify or fulfill the order, we cannot obtain the information needed from the customer, or the sale or shipment would violate applicable laws and restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled item(s). 

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we’ll issue your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. 2AForce may decline a return or charge a restocking fee up to 35% on items that are returned damaged, used, opened, removed from sealed packaging, missing its original included items, or returned outside of our return instructions.  

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. If a product has a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims after the return period.
