Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping 

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $49 to the contiguous 48 states, Washington, D.C., and all U.S. military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, freight shipments, or items requiring special handling. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.  

We apologize, but we do not ship internationally at this time.  

Shipping and Handling Time 

Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Some orders may require additional eligibility before shipment. This is an estimate and not a guarantee. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Carrier transit time begins once the order is handed off to the carrier and is separate from handling time.  

Delivery dates and estimates are not guaranteed. Processing time and carrier transit time may vary due to product availability, order review, weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or destination restrictions.  

An order may arrive in more than one package.

Delivery Problems 

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please check your delivery area and contact the carrier, then contact us for help. Report any damaged or missing items to us as soon as possible and retain the packaging, shipping label and take photographs so we can review the issue and process any carrier claim.  

If a delayed package arrives after a replacement or refund, please contact us for instructions. 

Product Shipping Restrictions 

Certain products, brands, or categories may carry additional eligibility requirements, including restrictions based on product type, shipping destination, or applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not meet these requirements.  

Customers are responsible for confirming that they may lawfully purchase and receive items at their destination. We may request additional identification, permits, credentials, or other documentation before fulfilling an eligible order.  

If an order is canceled due to these shipping restrictions, a full refund will be issued.

Special Product Categories 

2AForce offers demo, open-box, and used items. The product description of these items will describe its condition and any applicable warranties. These items may have been handled, displayed, or previously owned. Please make sure to review the listing before purchasing as these items are marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned.  

Pricing and Promotions 

We offer discounts and promotions through coupon codes and automatically applied promotions. This may include percentage-off, dollar-off, and free shipping offers on applicable items. Some promotions can be combined, but others may not. Eligible pricing combinations are shown at checkout. Promotional pricing applies while supplies last.  

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may correct the listing or cancel the impacted order/item(s) and refund any payment collected for it.  

Specialized Discounts 

2AForce may offer discounts to eligible military members, veterans, first responders, law enforcement personnel, and other qualifying groups. These offers may require verification of eligibility and may exclude certain products or brands. Please contact us with any additional questions.
