These serum prefilters are useful when filtering serum and other hard-to-filter solutions to prevent rapid clogging of microporous final filters. These filters contain four layers of special filter media, including fine and ultrafine glass microfiber and a layer of polysulfone. Filters have stepped hose barb connectors and a final particle retention of 1.0µm.
