Whatman
Whatman No. 1 PS Water Repellent Phase Separating Paper Whatman 2200-240
Estimated delivery between October 28 and October 30.
Whatman PS (Polystyrene) Phase-Separating Paper resists water and losses of clarity while allowing excellent recovery of detail. Whatman PS Paper resists aqueous solutions higher in conductivity than other general-use paper but still allows protein to settle out. Whatman PS Paper resists most acids and alkalis when wet, but still allows protein to settle out. When precipitates (such as sand and gravel) adhere to the paper and a layer of polyethylene film is formed which allows excellent clarity of the resulting precipitates. The paper is sturdier than most offset cigarette filters and can be used for tobacco drying. Whatman PS Paper is supplied in packs of 100.
