Based on the success of our original VWR Tape Lab White 3/4x2160 Cs4, we have developed and perfected a white tape that is just as versitile as our original black tape. White is the most commonly used color in the lab because it easily identifies test tubes or sample tubes that are visibly contaminated with powders or other debris. Many different test tubes can easily be swapped out without opening the applicator; tape can be used to close caps after testing is complete. Tape can also be used to close screws and bolts. Tape is conformable in temperature extreme conditions, so it is useful as a sealing or adhesive tape, not just a masking or bumper tape. No special tools are required. It is suitable for use on most test tubes, including those from VWR; contact your VWR sales representative for information about custom made sizes.
