This PTFE sampling bottle is used for collecting and transporting low viscosity (no viscosity) to and from sampling sites. The sample bottles offer a number of advantages over glass such as no chemical degradation and they will not react with acids, alkalis, or bases. Additionally, they offer a number of advantages over distillation which include filling, pouring, sampling, and storage. Advantages over other sampling bottles include break resistance and a lack of crystalline structure. Drawn from PTFE resin - PTFE resists deformation due to thermal changes and will not become brittle with age. The material is also steam processed to eliminate any residual glass splinters. Handles are molded into the side walls for an easy grip and long neck design reduces the possibility of breakage.
