Qorpak Glass Jugs Qorpak GLC-01445 With Pulp/Vinyl-Lined Cap

These jugs are supplied with either a standard top plug hinged cap or a top plug mouth with a separate metal ground cover. The outer surface of these jugs is fully polished for non-skid bottoms, even with the facility of a tamper evident closure. The plugs are brown for a bright finish suitable for labeling requirements. The necks are progressively thickened in preparation for the size reduction process that removes the excess material during manufacturing. These jugs are manufactured from optically clear toughened and rectified borosilicate glass. Sizes of these jugs shown on the data sheets may be used for sampling and filling operations. When the jugs are filled to the brim with liquid mercury the possibility of pressure build up or freezing is greatly reduced.
