Product Description
The Tri-Sharp, Tri-Hone system is the final step in sharpening your Japanese style blade. Control the sharpening of your blades with this small and easy system. Use the triangle shaped Tri-Sharp to sharpen all three sides of the knife and then clean and oil the blade. Rinse and dry. Best of all the Tri-Sharp doesn't take up much space - the triangle dish is built into the base. To clean and condition your knives, soak them in water overnight. After a day in the sun, wipe any debris or oil from the blades and reassemble the Tri-Sharp.
