Lightweight, PVC-lined, one-piece autoclavable and thermally stable funnel is ideal for sampling, delivering, storing, observing, or testing water, gas, or other liquids from a remote location. Won't rust, kink, or crack. Made of polypropylene, it is clear when full to allow visualization of the sample being taken. Once the sample is taken, the funnel can be removed by turning the white interior disk. Self sealing, heat sealed O-rings ensure a reliable seal until the very last drop passes through the funnel and into the vessel. The funnel and plug can be re assembled without disassembling the funnel body, even after many uses. Sturdy, one-piece construction of funnel and plug allows for easy removal of sample. Open funnel by gently turning the white exterior knob. Insert a plastic disk from the button below the handle to release the air trapped in the plastic. Once the funnel is open, the vacuum line can be drawn through the hole in the plastic. The funnel can then be removed by turning the white exterior knob to the right or the left to release the vacuum.
