Thermoplastic pipette closures provide leakproof performance and chemical resistance. The Rtuform tip provides a superior seal with most polyethylene pipets and closures. The wide-track, chemical-resistant, and temperature-sealed closures are ideal for sampling, transferring, storing, cooking, and environmental testing applications. The wide-track tip allows convenient, leakproof opening from either end. The straight tube with serrated outer lip provides maximum flow control in processing hot and/or cold liquids and prevents sizzling or bursting. The telescopic nickel-plated neck with spout accepts a wide variety of plastic pipets and closures. The retro-reflective strip on the neck of the closure is printed with standard lot numbers and control information. The control provides a simple means of isolating samples. A visual inspection window allows the user to verify that samples are stable and that leaks will not develop.
