The Nunclon SafeCare* carboy with a plastisol coating has a special feature that preserves the optically pure state of the sample throughout the autoclaving process. The special surface is essential for the prevention of cross-contamination. The safe* carboy is a rectangular full-view container with a polyethylene (PUR)-based plastic coating. It has excellent stability and the exceptional shape memory that results from the unique manufacturing method used. The neck has a unique bending radius that ensures a perfect fit with a wide variety of autoclavable closures and desiccators. The product is leakproof with a dust-free hood allowing access to the entire lower area of the carboy including the neck. The seal gasket ensures integrity of the seal when the product is installed and guaranteed leak proof for the life of the carboy.
