This economy batch packaging system uses a unique double walled construction that is free of breakable glass or plastic. Batch after batch, these flexible polyethylene packets can be stacked together and refilled from the same batch number. When a batch is complete simply break the packet open and insert the other end into the batch container. Batch labeling and data preparation is simple and reproducible. This flexible packing system also handles a variety of plastic container sizes including many autoclavable and E-Chem safe options. Packing is completed by a secure tamper evident polyethylene shrink tube ensuring product purity and eliminating contamination. Batch labeling and QAQC testing is performed on each batch to insure product sterility. Batches are tested and certified by a recognized testing laboratory to insure product identity.
