Thermoplastic elastomer (eps) cap is permanently bonded at the filling site to prevent leakage in processing environments with potentially hazardous liquids. The non-contaminating, autoclavable, non-contaminative, and freeze-proof jar is autoclavable and not affected by lysine, acetone, acetylenic, or ether containing cleaning solutions. The epsilon polyether amine-modified epsilon-phthalate (eps), and polyether phthalate copolymer (eps), is amber-colored to prevent detection and to provide color change from one color to another. The bright orange ringed top of the jar makes it easy to fill and to readjust the level of the jar. The jar is double-walled to prevent the escape of vapor during distillation. The jar is lacquered and to prevent leaking. It is supplied with a calibration method and a blank verification label. To return the jar to the shelf, simply remove the jar from the pegboard allowing the jar to air dry. The pegboard back panel is designed to provide space for reference information and equipment markings. The panel also has space indicators at the top and bottom of the jar. These indicators provide a visual reference of the inside or bottom wall of the jar.
