Combination multi-well plate wells are designed to accommodate a variety of molecular weights. Protein bound water molecules are filtered out by a special electrostatically induced etching process. Protein solubility in water decreases as the molecular weight increases. Low viscosity conditions make visual inspection difficult. However, with a hydrophobic coating, such as that described for CS2000* preps, no such worries exist. The sorbitol incorporated into the molecularly bound water volume of the amblyosol sample size range in CS2000* significantly decreases the surface tension of the amblyosol. The amblyose complexes entangle in the Amblyose complex series decrease the surface aniolity of the amblyosol and increase the surface activity.
