Leofoto SA-364CX/MA-40X Outdoors Tripod w/ Rapid Lock Ballhead Black SA-364CX+MA-40X
Estimated delivery between October 29 and October 31.
The Leofoto SA-X Series tripods are one of the most compact collapsed setups on the market with a perfectly balanced weight to strength ratio. The ''X'' version has a newly designed apex with a rosette connector for SA-X rifle heads AND a 3/8'' mounting screw to attach any standard 3/8'' head. The rosette connector provides an extremely stable connection between the tripod's apex and the base of the head. The angle stop design has also been improved from the standard pull tab to a knurled bar which allows the user to adjust the angles with only one hand as opposed to two. The SA-X Series offers unparalleled versatility, built as a hunters companion who also enjoys long days on the range, but most requested by military, law enforcement, competitive shooters or those simply looking for one of the most compact and reliable shooting supports on the market. The SA-X Series tripods offer maximum rigidity, capable of supporting non-traditional shooting positions with a heavy load capacity. These tripods feature three angle stop positions to increase shooting capabilities and a compact design which maintains a small footprint, creating a tripod setup which is extremely easy to pack and carry on the go.
New ''X'' Version Apex Design: Rosette Connector AND 3/8'' Mounting Stud
New ''X'' Version Angle Stop: Allows for one handed angle adjustment
Threaded 1/4 accessory socket on the side of the apex to provide the perfect placement of a strap or magic arm for holding anything from an umbrella, phone or even a kestrel
Tripods must occasionally withstand tremendous bending and torsion loads. It is crucial that the leg angle stops and all other structural joints are well supported. Leofoto offset leg joints fully support the leg angle stops allowing loads to be transferred straight through the strongest members of the tripod. This also means the tripod is more compact when collapsed
Large diameter rubber feet keep leg sidewalls from touching the ground even at the lowest settings and makes positive contact with the ground at virtually any angle
Hard anodized, CNC-machined 6061 T6 aluminum hardware
Toray Carbon Fiber Leg Tubes
Included: Leofoto Tripod Case
The Leofoto MA-40X Lever-Release Rapid Lock Ball Head With Hybrid Arca / Picatinny Clamp was designed specifically to be used on an SA-X tripod, but it features both the SA-X rosette connection as well as a standard 3/8'' mounting socket. The head has a lever release to lock/unlock the ball and a redesigned lever-release, hybrid clamp system for both the ARCA and Picatinny rails with an adjustable clamping width.
