This round-bottom flask is shaped like a half-moon with a wide-mouth funnel mouth. The funnel, neck, and body are of the same material and taper as in the neck-and-mouth design of the half-moon flasks. The neck has a full length internal ground stem to facilitate flask removal. The body of the flask is fully fire polished and of lead-free material. The neck has been reinforced with a leather ring and, in most styles, a stem ground crown. Ordering Information: The neck is constructed from borosilicate glass except for the neck and mouth, which are annealed to produce a uniform wall thickness throughout the piece.
