The lab instruments are made with different gauges of heavy-duty steel to provide the needed strength and impact resistance. Sieves from this company are subjected to a final ultrasonic test before being bagged in polyethylene boxes for quality control. During ultrasonic cleaning, the opening of the box is carefully widened to allow flow of powders and other materials to fall through the openings of the sieve. Sieves are carefully weighed and samples, which are held airtight, before and after cleaning, are carefully opened and closed, and then vacuum suctioned to remove as much of the air as possible before replacement. Sieve pans, sieve covers, and sieve brushes, all made of high quality materials, are subjected to quality acceptance testing, calibration, and recalibration procedures, and are sold as separate items.
