Wiley X Guard Sunglasses are a low profile, lightweight eye shield system that brings heavy-duty protection along with unmatched versatility. These Wiley X Tactical Sunglasses come with three unbreakable lenses (Smoke Grey, Clear and Light Rust) that snap in and out of the sturdy frame, to provide the perfect solution for changing needs of military personnel, hunting and shooting sports enthusiasts. Wiley-X is trusted by those who serve and protect our nation across the globe, thanks to industry-leading features like High Velocity Protection (HVP), which exceeds stringent ANSI Z87.1-2003 high velocity impact safety and optical standards. The high performance aspects of this ultra-tough, yet incredibly affordable eyeshield are almost too numerous to list. The Wiley X Guard Tactical Eyeshield features shatterproof Selenite Polycarbonate lenses that are treated with a scratch-resistant T-Shell Hardcoat, so they'll stand up to the abuse rained down on them from seasons of use on the hardest hunts, and hours on the range. Wiley X doesn't recommend trying it at home, but these amazing lenses are also tested to withstand the impact of a .25" steel ball fired at 150fps from all angles. Plus, the WileyX Guard Tactical Sunglass system also passes the Military spectacle impact standard MIL-PRF-31013, comprised of a .15 caliber projectile traveling at a minimum 640 fps. — so you'll have the confidence of knowing that your sight will be protected from flying casings and other debris, and you can keep your eyes and your concentration on the job at hand.
The Wiley X Guard is the latest top-of-the-line addition to the acclaimed Wiley X Changeable Series, letting you dial in the perfect high performance lens option to fit any condition or application in seconds.
The same technologies that have made Wiley X a favorite of America's fighting forces in the field now help protect America's fishermen and hunters too. Wiley X glasses are ANSI Safety certified, able to withstand 20 .25 caliber pellets fired at 150 FPS and a 1.1 lb. projectile dropped from 50". Wiley X Sunglasses provide ultimate protection against ejected brass, ricocheting shot, errant jigs or anything in the air while ripping across the water in a boat. ANSI Z87.1-2003 high impact certification qualifies all Wiley X eyewear as OSHA Occupational Eye Protection. All the tactical eyewear in our store is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee!
